TSU Bounces Back with Dominant Home Performance
HOUSTON – Texas Southern women’s soccer bounced back in a big way Thursday night at Durley Field, earning their first win of the season with a 2-0 victory over North American University in its second home match.
After dropping their home opener last week, the Lady Tigers came out with purpose, dominating possession and creating chances early. Junior forward Savannah Muldrew opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, capitalizing on a defensive lapse to give TSU the early lead.
Just before halftime, Kamara Bradley doubled the advantage with a stunning 30-yard strike, assisted by Jocelyn Musil, sending the Tigers into the break up 2-0.
