Bowling Has Two Ranked Wins On Saturday

ORLANDO, Fla. – Texas Southern bowling enters the final day of competition after earning a pair of ranked wins on Saturday at the Destination Orlando Tournament hosted by Sacred Heart.
The Tigers fell to Louisiana Tech after their first match of the day but regrouped with a big win over No. 6 Arkansas State (969-823). TSU fell to No.14 Mount St. Mary’s and No. 3 Vanderbilt before wrapping up the day with a win over No. 8 Emmanuel University.

TSU opened the first day with a 1-4 mark as they earned its lone win over Prairie View A&M. They had a 13-point loss to Bryant University while falling to No. 21 Valparaiso, No. 2 Nebraska and No. 19 Tulane.
