Men's Cross Country competes at Texas A&M
COLLEGE STATION, Texas- This past weekend the Texas Southern Men's Cross Country team competed in the Arturo Barrios Invitational at Texas A&M.
The team had a total of five runners participate in the event. Junior Jorge Martinez was the first to finish for the team with a time of 27:00.9, placing 143rd overall.
Freshmen Luis Delreal finished 221st overall with a time of 30:28.0 and finished in second place for the team.
Senior Jacob Price completed the course finishing in 31:54.6, putting him in third place for the team and 222nd for the meet. Freshman Marcus Caldwell placed 223rd overall and in fourth place for the team with a time of 32:27.0.
Junior Terrance Mayes placed fifth for the team completing the course in 32:30.8 and 224th overall.
The Men's Cross Country team will be competing in the SWAC Championships on October 22nd at 8:00 am in Clinton, MS.
