
PRATTVILLE, Ala. – The Texas Southern men’s and women’s golf teams are on the road this weekend as they gear up to compete in the ASU Spring Invitational hosted by Alabama State University.
The Tigers feed off a win from earlier this as they hosted the TSU vs. PV Dual Meet at Gus Wortham Park Golf Course.
Junior Ashlie Howard-Hobbs and sophomore Dili Sitanonth were the top finishers in the women’s division, posting a score of 6 over 77. Junior A’Marie Smith finished in fourth place respectively. The men’s side saw another tie for first place with a 2-over 73 between sophomore Caden Holmes and Prairie View’s Rondarius Walters. Kci Lindskog and Owen Walsh were tied in third on 74. Freshman Ravepon Kosalutta finished sixth with his 76 round while Devansh Chadha was one stroke and, placed seventh.
The ASU Spring Invitational will take place at the Robert Trent Jones Trail: Capitol Hill on Senator Course with the practice round on Saturday, 36 holes on Sunday, and the final round on Monday.
