Tigers Eye Third Win as Skeete Faces Arlington Baptist for First Time

HOUSTON – Texas Southern will face Arlington Baptist at home Thursday at 7 p.m. inside the Health & Physical Education Arena.

TSU opened the season with a 69-55 win over Wiley University, marking its first season-opening victory since 2023. The Tigers are 2-1 to start the 2025-26 campaign, including a dominant 101-point performance against Texas A&M International in their last home game.

The Tigers return two starters – Daeja Holmes and Aaliyah Henderson – and one letterwinner, Maci Quiller, from last season while adding nine newcomers to the roster during the offseason.
