Men’s Golf Sits In 2nd, Lindskog 2nd Individually After Day 1 Of ASU Spring Invitational
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Texas Southern men’s golf sits in second place following day one of the ASU Spring Invitational hosted by Alabama State University.
Senior Kci Lindskog takes the lead for the Tigers following his one-over-par round of 73 and is currently in second place individually. Lindskog posted an eagle, one birdie, 11 pars, two bogeys, and a double in his opening round.
Freshman Yashal Shah is three shots back on 76 and is in fifth place individually.
The ASU Spring Classic takes place at Arrowhead Country Club and was scheduled to be a 54-hole tournament, however, day one was shortened to just over 20 holes due to inclement weather. As a result, the ASU Spring Invitational will be shortened to 36 holes of play that will be completed on Tuesday. The final round will begin…
