Football Postpones Saturday’s Home Finale, Baseball, Softball Friday Openers Postponed

The Texas Southern weekend athletic calendar has been altered as Saturday’s home football game has been canceled in addition to the postponement of Friday’s road baseball and softball contests.

Saturday’s home football game versus Mississippi Valley State has been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols. A makeup date has not been announced at this time.

Friday’s TSU baseball series opener at Arkansas-Pine Bluff has been postponed due to inclement weather. The series will resume Saturday at 11 a.m. tentatively. Today’s TSU softball series at Grambling State has also been pushed back a day due to weather as the first game will begin Saturday at 3 p.m. followed by a Sunday doubleheader.
