Women’s Golf Ties for 10th, Sitanonth Top Scorer At UTRGV Invitational

MCALLEN, Texas – Texas Southern women’s folf team finished tied for 10^th following the final round of the UTRGV Invitational hosted by The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Sophomore Dili Sitanonth was the top finisher for the Tigers as she tied for 21st with her 228 (77-76-75) total.

Junior Ashlie Howard-Hobbs was five strokes behind after shooting 233 (79-74-80).

The Tigers return to action March 19-21 where they will compete in the Gulf Shores Collegiate hosted by the Black College Golf Coaches Association at Peninsula Golf Course in Gulf Shores, Ala.
