Women’s Golf Push Through Day 2 of SWAC Championship
BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – The Texas Southern University Women’s Golf Team is in fifth place following day two of play at the 2025 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Golf Championship on Wednesday.
Junior Azul Amezcua leads the way for the Tigers on 165 (81 – 84), and is in ninth place.
The competing teams are playing at the Robert Trent Jones Trail: Oxmoor Valley, a par-72 championship course. The final round of the 2025 SWAC Championships is Wednesday morning with a 7:30 am start.
