HOUSTON- Former Texas Southern football student-athlete Darvin Kidsy is set to join the NFL's Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent signee.
Kidsy played his first and only season at Texas Southern at wide receiver last year, leading the Tigers in receptions (38) as well as total receiving yards (519).
The Missouri City native stepped in and contributed immediately for the Tigers' offense as he ranked 2nd on the team in touchdowns (3).
Kidsy will look to claim a roster spot on a Browns team that will undoubtedly look to make some big plays offensively this upcoming season with recent free agent additions and draftees.
