DIAMONDHEAD, Miss. – Texas Southern men’s golf is back on the road this weekend where they will compete in the Gulf Coast Collegiate hosted by Nicholls State University.
The Tigers come off a fourth-place finish at the ASU Spring Classic hosted by Alabama State University in Prattville, Ala. this past week.
Freshman Owen Walsh was the top scorer for the Tigers as he finished tied for ninth place individually with his 189 (73-77-39) total. Senior Devansh Chadha posted a 190 (74-76-40) and sophomore Kci Lindskog did the same, with a 190 (81-74-35) tying them in 12th place.
The Gulf Coast Collegiate will take place at The Club at Diamondhead with the practice round on Sunday, 36 holes on Monday, and the final round on Tuesday.
