After a day off, the Texas Southern Tiger football team returned to action with a spirited two-hour practice session Monday morning at Durley Stadium.
After practice, TSUSports.com caught up with graduate student defensive end Michael Badejo and talked about his expectations and more for the upcoming season.
Badejo was named to the 2021 Preseason All-SWAC Second Team as the Mansfield, Texas native ranked fourth on the team in tackles along with 1.5 tackles for loss and a sack during the abbreviated spring campaign. In the fall of 2019, the 6-2, 265-pound defensive end finished with 44 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and two sacks.
