The Texas Southern baseball team is back in action on Thursday for a three-game series against Southern at MacGregor Park.
The series has been bumped up a day due to Easter Sunday as the teams will play Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Thursday’s game is slated to start at 5 p.m. while Friday’s contest will begin at 2 p.m. followed by a 1 p.m. first pitch on Saturday.
TSU is looking to get back on the positive side in SWAC play as the team has dropped five straight league contests. TSU returned to the winner’s column following a 10-8 decision against Jarvis Christian on March 23. Thursday’s series opener marks the first game played for TSU since March 23.
