Men’s Golf Opens Season In Georgia
SUWANEE, Ga. – The Texas Southern Men’s Golf team posted a team-opening 311 after round one of the Thomas W. Dortch Jr. Golf Classic Hall of Fame hosted by the Black College Golf Coaches Association on Monday.
Sophomore Ricardo Pham and junior Bradley Lavinier lead the way for the Tigers after their 4-over-par opening rounds and are tied in 13th place. Pham posted a 75 which included five birdies, six pars, and seven bogeys or more throughout the day. Lavinier carded two birdies, seven pars, and nine bogeys or more.
The Tigers’ final round of the Thomas W. Dortch Jr. Golf Classic Hall of Fame will be a shotgun start at 9:00 AM on Tuesday at Laurel Springs Golf Club in Suwanee, Ga…
